My rollercoaster is on the down swing even though my water is still up. Fat is down and hopefully what loss that is not showing has gone to muscle. I keep reminding myself to be patient.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
