Eventhough the scale didn't show it this was a much better week. I've been maintaining for several weeks which is frustrating. I'm still hopeful and feeling really good. My goal for this week is to somehow get a downward trend started.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
