Found out last night that my mom has been an in the closet alcoholic for the past 10 years. At this point, not really sure where to go from here.

Thinking the only way I can go is up?
167.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
