Going out to dinner tonight at BJ's Brewhouse, I already looked up what i was going to eat so there isnt any problems picking the wrong food or too high in calorie meal =) wish the lbs would drop a lil faster honestly think i may have to step up my workouts!
171.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
