It’s a zero. And should be. I ate too many calories. I should have done this yesterday but better a day late than next week. I am going to give a go at a couple days of keto cleanse that’s in my book. Basically keto coffee until lunch then bone broth then sup a salad with protein and fat
It suppose to jump start you into ketosis but it also aids in portion control going forward. Wish me luck. My tummy is already on the growl.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
