The scale just isn't budging and really it is freaking me out. I am back to doing cardio and weights 5 days a week.. and NO I am not building muscle ... no inches are gone either, it just makes me crazy.. and this is when I think this plan isn't working for me , this is when I quit.... but I really don't want to quit...I have been at this for 10 weeks, 10 flipping weeks, I should be down at least 20 lbs by now... sometimes I really want to cry.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 January 2011:
1770 kcal Fat: 128.26g | Prot: 124.44g | Carb: 30.19g.   Breakfast: pepperoni, Bacon, butter, cheddar chesse, eggs. Lunch: kraft cheddar cheese meduim, Bacon, chicken, ceasar dressing. Dinner: extra lean ground beef,  saputo parmesan cheese, hellmans mayo, sugar free jello. Snacks/Other: romaine lettuce, romaine lettuce, cucumber, Cantaloupe. more...
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Wow! You've lost 17 plus pds. Good for you! Don't give up. I am in the same boat as you. I am 46 and at 46 you struggle to get off each and every pound. Not too mention going into menopause!!!! ARRRGGHH! Stick to the diet. Watch you sugar alchol intake. While it may seem great to have "free" sweets, nothing is ever that simple. These sugar free products and make you crave more sweets and muddle with you moods etc. Stay as close to real foods as you can get. Drink lots of water or greeen tea. Green tea really does help you burn fat. It has been proven! I make my self big salads with grilled chicken or shrimp for most lunches and enjoy a variety of vegggies in it. Stay away from things like iceburg lettuce (no nutrition) opt for romaine or spinach. You'll feel fuller longer. Also I have found you should watch how much fat you are REALLY taking in. Too much is too much. Atkins is not a free for all. Good luck and stay strong. Spring will be here soon and you will feel great thinner! :)

Thanks tons.. I don't eat any sugar free stuff... other than a couple times a week jello, plain.... no candy... My fat is usually at 63%... I tell you it is driving me crazy lol... I didn't lose any weight.. I accidently hit the wrong thing, now trying to fix it lol.

Hang in there, you have done amazing so far. I am sure a "whoosh" is around the corner. Stick with it...! When is that wedding? I am sure you will look amazing. Sounds like you are doing everything right, including a ton of excercise.

hey beautiful Barb! I love how Raven said your "whoosh" is right around the corner. And I have seen that pattern in your WL. You tend to lose rapidly all at once. Keep at it. Remember stress slows down WL for us, too. Ensure you are getting enough calories - because when we do lots of physical activity, yet take in fewer calories that we actually need, we tend to stall b/c your body thinks it is starving and holds on to every fat gram it gets. Check out whyguys thread "Why Stalls Happen" at the Atkins website. Super helpful! I am believing in you!
