It is amazing how quickly our bodies can readjust when we get back on track! I didn't eat enough yesterday to have the energy to run today, but I did walk 3.5mph on the treadmill for 1.75 miles. Hey...tomorrow is another day!!

Everyone have a great 'hump day'!!
136.4 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
