Went to Mom and Dad's house today to do laundry. I went shopping in the attic in my bin of "if I lose a few pounds these things will fit" clothes. Success! I have about 5 "new" sweaters now.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
