Hooray - No Weight gain, bumped my calories up to 3320 yesterday and have not gained any weight which means that my metabolism has started to pick up. Will be trying to get in at least 2000 cals per day and losing weight slowly. Getting ready for my 2nd last weight-loss challenge starting Jan 31 where I will go the nth degree and this time I will be starting from day 1 not 1 week into the challenge. I want to get my name on the shield of honor.
268.7 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
