Followed last week's diet reasonably well considering it was a week of celebration. Still dropping pounds but, it'll be interesting to see what happens on the scale next week if I follow my diet 100% this week... will the celebration food of last week STILL add pounds next week even if I stick to my RDI?
166.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
