No change. Could be doing better.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No change is better than gaining! Hang in there, sometimes it just takes a little longer. If you stall for more than a week, you might want to shake things up a little (add a new exercise, or change your calories up or down a bit)...that works for me. It seems to remind my metabolism to work.
