I thought I did okay this last week, but I gained 1.5lbs. Not the direction I wanted. I did exercise less. Try to increase this and be more aware of what I'm eating.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
