Well this is my highest weight to date. I feel awful. My health is deteriorating and I need to lose this weight!! It's a new year, so hopefully my "resolution" will help me to finally get this weight off. Today is my start date!
309.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 110.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
