Last fall, before the holiday season I made an immaculate starting effort doing BFL. Perfect tracking of nutrition and workouts for just under three weeks then BAM, missed some workouts and blew several days of meals. After falling off my plan I got discouraged and depressed making everything worse.
This is the first Monday of the year and IT IS ON. Taking the advise of my dear aunt, I'm going to try to do this without the expectation of perfect discipline.
