Tuesday morning and decided to weigh in. ❤️ Another one bites the dust!! Slow and steady! Changing up my pool exercise. Adding a little bit more swimming. I picked up some protein powder, and really not a fan, but it will do. This one is gritty. I'll have to go online and see if I can find the About Time whey protein I had some time back. It dissolved completely! Have a wonderful day everyone!!
286.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is there a difference in whey protein or other protein powders? Someone told me whey protein makes you gain weight is this true?

I had About Time whey protein, and it mixed up great. This Orgain is plant based, and is gritty. It doesn't mix well. I don't know about it making you gain weight. I mix half a serving with 1.5 cups of almond milk. I'm trying to meet some of my protein needs.
