Finally whopper weight-loss, ketones at 0.7 mmol/L which is ordinary. After gaining weight yesterday I switched up my food, left out biltong, changed protein shakes, cut-out intermittent fasting and viola I seem to be getting somewhere. My knee is iffy since my PT leg training day so little to no cardio for now. As per usual I will continue monitoring every aspect of my get better health plan and will cut and change if I see little to no results bearing in mind usual peaks and troughs.
276.9 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
