First time I have been sub-190 in about 20 years. I have to say that it is true, 90% of weight loss happens in the kitchen. That has been the thing I have really focused on for the past ~3 months, and it has really paid off. Extra exercise alone wasn't cutting it for me. I am certain that if I stay on this path, I will hit my goal weight in the next 2-3 months.

For anyone that is interested in what I am doing, it is the Anabolic Diet that Coach Greg Doucette and Remington James post recipes for on their YouTube channels. I mainly eat the flatbread pizzas, egg McMuffins, pizza burritos, and anabolic French toast (almost every day), but there are other recipes they post up, even for sweets like ice cream, cookies, etc. I am not getting paid by these guys or anything, these recipes have just been the thing I need to keep me full while maintaining a caloric deficit.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
