Well, my scales read 287.6. Go figure. I'm going to be getting an injection in my hip. The PA that I spoke with this time, said it is not bursal pain, not the bone on bone pain, because of the location of the pain. Ok, I can deal with that. They still say I need replacement. This time around, I have 11 weeks to loose 22 lbs, instead of the original 50. 2.2 pounds a week. I can do that. Now, with all the Halloween candy gone 🤭 I won't be tempted to sneak! Hopefully the injections will help me be a little bit more mobile! Now off to get a late lunch. Have a great day everyone!
293.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
