No Weight-loss, ketones at 1.7 mmol/L. As per my usual self I was looking as to reasons for not losing weight when my diet is as clean as I can get it without going hard yakka. So I was looking to ditch the 2 tubs of yoghurt I have per day. After some research I have found out that they are a necessary evil also the flavours I have are just spot on and just making eating healthier so much better. So I will just have to be patient and continue on the journey whilst enjoying life.
279.5 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
