I am so happy with the second loss. Today is the third day of the 3-day keto jumpstart. Leg cramps at night started yesterday and I drank a lot of water. Hoping keto flu skips over me. I’ll be prepping and shopping for success on sat morning. 3PM and I’m getting brain pings as well as ringing in the ears. I hope this is temporary
187.4 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
