Following the Green Points Plan on Weight Watchers...seems to be helping. I actually find it very easy & think it is making me more aware of what I eat. I think the points they assign seems arbitrary, but if it works am okay with that!
119.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.2 lb a week
