I am still eating incredibly bad. I would feel like a hyporite if I didn't weigh in though. Clothes are getting tighter. I am not giving up completely. I plan on starting back either Friday or Monday because it is very hard to start on a Friday. I know some of you are mad at me and I don't blame you. When I was doing great and others were cheating I was frustrated with them. Now I understand what they were going through because once you cheat it can be so hard to get started again. Just wait....... I will be back next week with a vengence!!! I am hoping to lose at least 7 - 10 pounds my first week back. I can do it!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Dont feel bad. it was my birthday on tuesday and had choclate, pizza and cake throught the day. It was my cheat day and I havent dared weigh myself since. I also got a much better but also much more accurate st of scales for my birthday!!!! I started back on induction yeaterday and today is the 2nd day. Its tough, it really is esp when my mate kept offering my choc biscuits!!! But I can do it and I know you can too. We could even do it together and have a competition to see who loses the most for the 1st week!!! For a bit of motivation! Good luck to you anyway x

Hey, at least you started this diet! And you know you're going to get back on it. I've bought a journal to try and keep track of what i'm eating and plan to start back on the diet this Monday. Your photo is lovely, you should start feeling good about yourself NOW! : )
