You did good Steven and no one can promise that you did see the pancakes with syrup and butter on my post the only thang I can say in my defense is at least it was orangic maple syrup and smart balance butter on the pancakes I gave myself a pat on the back for that one but if I want a candy bar or chips basically any junk food I put it in my meal plan so I won't go over my daily calories sometimes I do but I'm ok with it as long as its not to far over Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I already got plans for a piece of Midnight fantasy chocolate cake and a piece of pecan pie with ice cream on top 😊

Right Jenny. Sometimes I just need a cheat day to get from being burnt out.Also if you are stuck it can sometimes reset your body
