i didn't eat dinner last night, so my weight is down. i know you should not skip meals but, i broke out with hives. I'm trying to figure
out if it was from something i ate. i bought a new different kind of pour protein that i used in my shake yesterday morning and late that afternoon i broke out. i hope it isn't the whey protein if anyone has had problems like me from using whey protein i would like there input. Thanks
251.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
