I guess I am doing average aigh, I need to step up the game and come up with a plan as my slowing results have almost burnt the buffer I had to achieve my Christmas goal. All in all I think I will have to go full blown keto and taper it down at Christmas.
290.6 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
