GLAD TO REPORT NO WEIGHT GAIN AFTER 3 WEEKS OF VACATION... I WAS VERY SHOCKED BUT I DIDNT EAT MUCH DIFFERENT... YEAH!!!

195.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb. Still to go: 45.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

very nice...I gained 15# in little over one week, but I gorged myself on chocolate and every forbidden food I could find. Ready to get back on the wagon and will hopefully learn from this experience.
