It appears as though I'm up a pound, HOWEVER, I'm actually down a couple of pounds from my mini vacation eating binge. I'm relieved to see that I technically only gained one pound from my vacation from food sanity.

It's really, really hard to cut out all sugar, processed food, beans and legumes from my diet. Seriously, quitting caffeine was way easier. Now I'm on day four or so of eating with very minimal sugar (except what's in fruit and the small amount of dairy I'm eating) and a few weak moments. I do feel a bit better, but this is HARD! Did I mention it's hard?

155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
