Still the same, geeezzzzz...a woosh is comming just have no idea when... good thing is , took inches and down 4.5 inches in 10 days... so I will take that.. but come on scale, I need to see the 230's this month...10 days left... come on scale... I somehow have to get through my daycare party without putting any bad food in my mouth.. I know I CAN do it.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 December 2010:
1788 kcal Fat: 134.72g | Prot: 116.46g | Carb: 28.62g.   Breakfast: whipping cream, pork sausages, cheddar chesse, eggs. Lunch: olive oil, chicken breast, ceasar dressing, kraft cheddar cheese meduim. Dinner: hellmans mayo, extra lean ground beef, sour cream, paul newmans salsa, strawberries. Snacks/Other: cucumber, romaine lettuce, green onions, onion, cherry tomatoes, head lettuce, peppers. more...

It's very normal to be at the same weight or a week or more and then drop. Look at your chart, you are doing great.
