Well my rotator cuff injury is really making working out hard. I've had to put P90x on hold and fall back to Insanity work outs. This also means I need to scale back to Phase II on the nutrition guide. I hope therapy does the job cause I really want to kick it up a notch.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
