this weekend was my anniversary so all bets were off, beer, puppy bite burger on Friday, sat am was good, I dinner was american dream burger at the timber with 4 22oz coors draft, it was a mess, but yummy cheese cake and peanut butter pie...last hurrah before my baby daughter coming with winter and new baby coming it's no going out for a lonnng time
241.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
