Last night after work I ate some cake, which I knew was a really bad idea. Also I havent pooped in 3 days, so that is probably adding to why I havent lost anything. Luckily I have plenty of "me" time this weekend, which will be dedicated to relaxing and working out.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
