1714 kcal Fat: 122.90g | Prot: 105.94g | Carb: 43.94g.   Breakfast: whipping cream, pork sausages, butter, cheddar chesse, eggs. Lunch: garlic, almonds, extra lean ground beef good stuff, ceasar dressing, hellmans real mayonnaise. Dinner: atkins endulge bars, kirkland Balsomic vinegar, olive oil. Snacks/Other: cucumber, fresh express, peppers, snow peas, tomatoes, romaine lettuce. more...
