Wow....what an amazing 4 weeks it has been. I have been emotionally drained. Guess that helped in my weight loss. I know it's not a healthy way to go but just have had a lot going on in my life. I am strong though but I will definitely keep this weight a going. Things have leveled out for the most part...thank goodness cause I know that With God All Things Are Possible and I am going to keep the faith :) Just pray I stay strong with loosing weight!
