overeating with fried eggplant parm for two days was the the reason my weight has gone up. must stay on track to loose the pounds.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can eat foods you love and lose, you just need to lighten them up and use portion control.
