Pleateaued. SO ANNOYED!!!! Gahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
180.3 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Staying the same for a week is no big deal. Maybe you ate something with too much sodium last night and your retaining water. It could be so many factors. Plus, sometimes we lose fat but don't see it on the scale. Some things to think about. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Sometimes it's about WHAT you are eating and not just HOW MUCH. Are you tracking all your food honestly? All those bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you being active? Changing things up can help. Are you eating too many processed foods (packaged goods)? They can inhibit weight loss in some people. Stick with it for the next week, go over your food journal and see if anything pops out. You might see a loss tomorrow.
