Is, I seem to be back on track. I'm doing well with the IF again. The fast days are easier than the food days. I just have to keep my health in mind and not lose track of how much better I feel if I eat correctly . . . how sick I feel if I don't. The biggest problem is, I don't sleep well on IF nights. Apparently, this is a common and natural reaction but it's a PITA! Thanks for always checking in on me. Hugs!

Hi Johanna, funny I just read that the other day, that IF can cause sleep issues in women! Who knew, and it's such a pain in the a$$ and such a shame. And yes I do much better on IF days too. It is so much easier to just not eat :) And to plan 'light' meals for those days. I have a lot of crap going on this month so not doing IF as often or as well as I did/should. Looking forward to the end of all the parties so I can get right back into it. Glad you are doing okay. Yes, keep your health in mind but it is so hard to resist the things we love. PITA? Is that short for something or did you mean pity? LOL

PITA . . . pain in the ass! LOL. Doing IF really is an eye opener as to how someone can become anorexic. It's one of the reasons some people shouldn't try it. If you weren't mentally prepared, it would be so easy to slip over the edge. Just finished my Turkish coffee and I'm off to make breakfast. Have a great day, my friend! And, enjoy your parties.

PITA - oh m-g. talk about laugh - I will HAVE to remember that. And yes, like I said to you way back when we first started talking IF, and I thought you might go anorexic - lol - it is just so much easier to not eat, to not think about food - how many calories, how much fat, how much protein; if I eat this now, what can I have later; I'm hungry, what can I snack on - blah, bah, blah - endless. Not eating, after a few days, the hunger goes away (especially with low carb) and it just becomes one less thing to think about. Thanks for the suggestions re IF and the support. PITA - funny!
