My weight is always fluctuating🤦‍♀️... what causes it???
154.1 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm no expert but I think especially for women it can be many things... Hormones... That time of the month... Different types of food having different effects. Maybe try to keep track of what you eat and when the weight fluctuates to see if there is a correlation between the two?

e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g causes weight fluctuations 😂 hormones, cortisol from stress, certain foods, water retention, the weather even exercise. do yourself a favour though to put your mind at ease and read up on the difference between weight loss and fat loss. once you understand it, you won't get upset when you see increases 🍓
