Zero loss zero gain. Back to pre mega calories. Out of all the times I tried to restart this is the lowest I have gotten. So maybe it’s going to stick. I am still mentally in the game. The quest pizzas were a bomb taking up space in my freezer. I seriously need to stop trying to find substitutes and appreciate the foods I should have
189.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
