sucks - its so hard to concentrate on losing weight and eating good food also trying to get a little exercise I don't know what I'm going to do might seem easy to others but it's difficult
430.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
