coffee and cream in am
310 shake for lunch or a salad
snack on nuts, cheese slices, cucumbers, sometimes fatty dips with celery/cucumber/pork rines
throw in an avocado at least once a week.
eat around 50 carbs a day -
healthy dinner - limiting carbs
152.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
