I did it. I got the two pound gain off in two days. Now. Lord please don’t let me gain and loose those same two pounds again. And yippee. I slipped into the 80s
189.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
