My weight was maintained this week. Did good with exercise! Goal this week will be to decrease my calorie intake to 1200kcal/day for the week. I think I'm ready! I've been eating more sweets lately so I'll need to watch that. And to cut back on cheese and substitute other leaner sources of protein for that.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
