1473 kcal Fat: 35.82g | Prot: 71.09g | Carb: 218.64g.   Breakfast: naval orange, coffee, milk, honey bunches of oats with peaches. Lunch: saltines, frozen mixed vegetables great value, campbells chicken noodle soup. Dinner: country crock margarine, shredded cheddar cheese, skim milk, hungry jack instant mashed potatoes, tomato soup, green beans. Snacks/Other: peach yogurt great value, oscar mayer lean white turkey breast, frenchs honey mustard, sara lee 45. more...
