Trying not to be a slave to the scale. It looks like I am losing slowly but my clothes are getting looser.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you. Yeah, I hate the scale. I gained a pound over the weekend and now I'm mad....but I'm not going to let it get me off track!

That's good, don't be tied to the scale. Once a week is often enough. Otherwise it is too depressing. When the weight goes down it seems like it goes back up immediately. Your body doesn't like to lose it wants to stay the same, so week to week you get a better picture of what you actually lost.
