time to get serious this is the worst i have been in a long while. Foot still hurting from the sprain but may have to go ahead and work out anyway in spite of it. This is not good.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
