I'm back to the 5:2 plan a of this week.Need to get back on track. With weddings and parties in the past few months I have neglected my diet when I should have been more vigilent. But today it starts again :)
151.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
