So I learned my lesson about cheap measuring tapes. I have been measuring every Monday with a tape measure from my cheap little mending kit I keep in my purse, and the measurements didn't add up to what I was seeing in the mirror, so I went out and bought a good measuring tape and figured out my old one was about 10" off! So those measurements have become my new goals, my current accurate measurements are:
chest- 41"
waist- 36"
hips- 46"
bicep- 13 1/4" ( not flexed)
thigh - 25 1/2"
188.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
