148.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It gets better. I have my worst cravings in the afternoon. If I can get through that, I'm pretty much okay. Having something to do with my hands and mind helps me.

Hi, I learned that if I’m hungry I’m either not drinking enough water or I’m trying to eat in a deficit that it’s not sustainable which creates the yo-yo effect of deficit/break/deficit but no long term loss. Have you tried eating in a smaller deficit to see if you don’t “have to take breaks”?
