it will happen! i must say something though and please don't be offended but your posts lately seem to be 'angry.' i understand the frustration, believe me, but try not to hang on to the anger - it causes stress which can slow weight loss. i also peeked at your food journal and you have many days where you're only eating around 1300 calories - that's not enough, you should try to get in at least 1600-1800 cals/day. i know that not losing for a week or so can be upsetting but i have learned since starting this journey how my body works and as long as i put in 100% effort my body will give 100% too. i had to let go of the anger and honestly joining FS has helped tremendously. lots of support, super nice people, great place to turn to for help & motivation. keep going, you CAN do this!! let me know if you need anything :)

Hi there - just wanted to chime in and offer some support. Girlfriend, I completely understand how you are feeling. May I give you some encouragement? First, let me say you are "rockin" on your meal plan. I like that you have a varied foods in your daily meals - that is so great! I have to agree with Sophie, dear one... You are likely not eating enough. Your RDI is 2500, recently updated. And you need to get closer to that number daily, hon, because if you don't, your brain tells your body its starving "so hold on to everything you get." Really, honestly try to get your calories up up up. Shrimp is good for that - they have a ridiculous amount of calories but won't make you feel like a stuffed pig when you eat them. LOL Furthermore, I am not seeing water posted on your daily plan. Are you drinking 8-10 glasses per day? (More if you have lots of weight to lose) You see, water is crucial to WL. Did you know that the fat burned off by the body exits when you pee? (That is why you can have a mini celebration each time you visit the restroom!) Drinking water is critical to deeply hydrate the body so more fat is flushed out when you use the restroom. I promise that if you implement these things you will see the scale cooperate with you... And that reminds me - are you taking your body measurements? Super important - b/c when the scale seems stuck, your body is still readjusting itself and you could be losing inches over all...which is what we want anyway, right? That is what happened to me. I was stuck for a couple of weeks - figured out my body thought it was starving itself so I picked up my calorie intake, but measurments indicated I lost 4 inches in the gut and hips, etc. Once I cut out MiMs, Atkins bars (love them!) and got calories up, rapid WL picked up again. (If you look at my diet calender check out early Nov - I was on vacation in Cancun and since coming home, I have stuck to the diet, but have not yet been able to shop for my major fresh veggies, so my most recent entries are not exactly like I'd like them to be. But feel free to check out the early to mid November - You CAN do this! You are on the right track. Tweaking a few things will remind your body who's in charge of you! (We've often given our bodies way too much control in the past. No more.) Hang in there - I can see by your meal plan you mean business. For this reason, I BELIEVE IN YOU!

You might try logging in over at the Atkins site and asking their nutritionist Collette to take a look. You've got excellent logs so it should be enough for her to go on. Other things to consider...have you started any new medications or stopped any old ones? Are you getting enough water - 64 oz? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating throughout the day and not bunching up your calories and/or carbs? Are your clothes fitting better? You might also revisit ALL your foods and drinks, that is weigh everything and recheck labels to be sure you're not missing anything there. Also look at the labels, like on the pork sausage, to be sure there are no added sugars. Your daily caloric average in November was 1525. That might be a tad low but is still within the initial recommended range, so I don't have a strong feeling about increasing your calories, but Collette might. You're very much on the right track and I'd expect that you'd be moving right along at this point. So, it must be something that just needs a little tweek, like Evelyn said.
