Just trying to balance everything, went to the gym yesterday morning, ate well got at least 7 hrs sleep yet I woke up feeling I needed at lease 1 more hour of sleep. Keto measured at 0.4 mmol which indicates nutritional ketosis. I guess as long as I am losing weight I'll keep at it. The gym felt great yesterday although most exercises I barely had any weight or only the bar. I had no inclination to put big weights and I did higher reps as I want to avoid injury
319.0 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 127.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
